Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge into AI development. You will help ensure AI models understand clinical workflows, systems, and data.

Your hands-on experience with EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations positions you to evaluate and improve AI handling of healthcare scenarios. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare IT supporting, administering, or optimizing clinical systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
Strong technical troubleshooting background with the ability to spot inaccuracies in system-related scenarios.
Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently.
Clear and structured written communicator.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations for accuracy and real-world relevance.
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses covering EHR configurations, clinical data, and system troubleshooting scenarios.
Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and technical healthcare concepts.
Review and annotate healthcare IT documentation, system descriptions, and technical scenarios.
Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule.
