Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge into AI development. You will help ensure AI models understand clinical workflows, systems, and data.

Your hands-on experience with EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations positions you to evaluate and improve AI handling of healthcare scenarios. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT supporting, administering, or optimizing clinical systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting background with the ability to spot inaccuracies in system-related scenarios.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently.
• Clear and structured written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations for accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses covering EHR configurations, clinical data, and system troubleshooting scenarios.
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and technical healthcare concepts.
• Review and annotate healthcare IT documentation, system descriptions, and technical scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule.
