Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and maintain healthcare IT systems powering clinical operations across hospital environments. This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical platforms, ensuring reliability and usability.

The contract is hourly, remote, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. You will troubleshoot, translate clinical requirements into technical solutions with clinicians, and deliver training and documentation to teams.

Formación

• Experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization skills.
• Ability to work with clinicians and technical teams to translate workflow needs into system configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize clinical systems by diagnosing issues, performing upgrades, and maintaining system stability.
• Gather and translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with clinicians, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Provide system support, training, and documentation to ensure healthcare teams can use technology effectively and reliably.
