• Active clinical licensure and knowledge of utilization management.
• Experience translating clinical problems into AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with responsible AI governance, privacy, and regulatory impacts.
• Ability to collaborate across product, strategy, technology and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, index, and maintain visibility to clinical AI ideas and opportunities for scale.
• Partner with product and technology to design compliant, scalable AI workflows.
• Translate AIRB intake into prioritized AI initiatives with clear value.
• Serve as clinical SME for AIRB governance discussions and utilization management.
• Develop executive summaries and progress updates on AI opportunities and impact.
• Resolve complex business problems spanning multiple areas of the organization.
• Develop department-level budgets and measurable affordability goals.
• Prepare executive-level updates and reports with data-driven insights.
• Communicate strategies to leadership to operationalize change.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
