Job summary
Knowtex is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to onboard sites, train clinicians, and scale adoption across federal and commercial healthcare environments. You’ll bridge clinical practice with product behavior, guiding prompt improvements and ensuring safe, complete documentation.
You will design and deliver curricula, coach champions, and work with engineering to translate frontline feedback into product enhancements. Remote work across time zones is expected.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license with 5+ years of direct patient care.
- Understanding of clinical documentation requirements and EHR workflows.
- Comfort operating across federal VA and commercial healthcare environments.
- Understanding of HIPAA, medical-legal documentation, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for clinicians across federal and commercial sites.
- Present platform updates at approved provider and leadership meetings.
- Lead virtual office hours and recurring Q&A sessions for all user levels.
- Onboard and coach new users through early activation across specialties.
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
- Track training attendance, completion, satisfaction, and time-to-activation.
