Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Clinical, Biomedical, and Pharmaceutical Evaluators to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. You will apply expertise to evaluate outputs for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain relevance, grading against quality standards and providing structured feedback to improve AI performance.

This is a remote, hourly engagement requiring 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Clinical, Biomedical, or Pharmaceutical fields.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency with presentation tools, particularly Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical and presentation-related issues.
• Excellent written communication and ability to provide structured professional feedback.
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated work products against defined quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Assess outputs for factual accuracy, technical rigor, and professional quality.
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, omissions, or unsupported claims.
• Review the aesthetic and visual quality of AI-generated presentations and other work products.
• Evaluate presentation structure, clarity, organization, and overall usability.
• Apply clinical, biomedical, or pharmaceutical expertise when assessing AI-generated content.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified issues.
• Consistently apply evaluation criteria across different AI-generated artifacts.
• Help identify areas where AI outputs fail to meet professional domain standards.
