Qualifications

• RN/APN or Pharmacist license required.
• 5+ years of ASO experience supporting National Accounts and/or Key Accounts.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day clinical account management support for assigned employer group accounts.
• Liaison to National Account Growth & Client Management Teams for improving clinical performance and reducing costs.
• Provides real time data informatics and clinical insights to Medical Directors.
• Builds relationships with National Account teams and internal/external partners to drive outcomes.
• Educates local market teams on business priorities and reporting.
• Negotiates initiatives with senior leaders to achieve goals.
