Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Submit Prior Authorization packages to insurance payers.
• Verify authorization approvals and communicate payment/billing policies to clinics.
• Perform detailed benefits verifications via phone or payer portal.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to support delivery approval and reimbursement.
• Support remote call center, E‑fax management, and appointment confirmations as needed.
