Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a virtual clinical practice, coordinating medical assistants, administrative staff, and workforce analysts to ensure smooth patient experiences and reliable provider support.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations, lead staffing and scheduling goals, monitor KPI dashboards, and collaborate with teams across licensing, credentialing, and quality while maintaining regulatory compliance in a remote

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration.
• Experience leading clinical or administrative staff.
• Experience with virtual care operations and scheduling/workforce management.
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a virtual clinical practice overseeing medical assistants, administrative staff, and workforce analysts.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling coverage, and workflow execution meet clinical and operational KPI targets.
• Provide management, coaching, and performance management for all assigned team members.
• Partner with workforce analysts to forecast volumes, improve staffing models, and ensure adherence to schedule productivity targets.
• Monitor operational dashboards and queue performance; identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Be the operational contact between clinical support teams, providers and clinical leadership.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing competency development of staff.
• Collaborate with teams such as provider operations, licensing/credentialing, and quality to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
