Job summary

The Medical Services Clinic Coordinator at Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs oversees operational leadership and administrative workflows for the MN Veterans Home Provider/Medical Services Clinic. It ensures timely, high‑quality primary care across eight homes while managing credentialing, visits, scheduling, telehealth, contracts, and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years coordinating clinical medical services in provider clinic settings.
• Experience with revenue cycles/billing in a clinic or long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of credentialing, Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Ability to travel to all Minnesota Veteran Home locations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and administrative oversight for the MN Veterans Home Provider/Medical Services Clinic.
• Credentialing, regulatory visit management, provider scheduling, and telehealth operations.
• Contract oversight and clinic workflow optimization to ensure timely, high‑quality care.
• Coordinate with facility leadership and external partners to support resident-centered care.
