Job summary

The Medical Services Clinic Coordinator at the MN Veterans Home Provider/Medical Services Clinic provides operational leadership and administrative oversight to ensure safe, compliant primary care services and plans for expansion to behavioral health/psychiatry.

This role manages credentialing, regulatory visits, provider scheduling, telehealth operations, contract oversight, and clinic workflow optimization, serving as the central hub connecting providers, facility leadership, Healthcare

Qualifications

• Two years of experience coordinating clinical medical services in provider clinic settings.
• Knowledge of credentialing, Medicare and healthcare reimbursement regulations/systems.
• Knowledge of compliance tracking and policy implementation.
• Ability to travel to all Minnesota Veteran Home locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate clinical medical services across departments.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and regulatory visit management to ensure compliance.
• Provider scheduling and telehealth operations.
• Contract oversight and clinic workflow optimization.
• Serve as the central operational hub linking providers, facility leadership, Healthcare Central Office, and external partners.
• Support a resident-centered provider clinic across MN Veterans Homes.
