Rockstar is hiring a WelcomeWare Clinic Administrator for a remote role with a Pennsylvania-based physical therapy practice. The virtual front desk will operate via the WelcomeWare kiosk, requiring someone comfortable on camera, personable, and organized to handle patient check-in, scheduling, inquiries, and record maintenance.

Ideal candidates bring front desk/clinic admin healthcare experience, familiarity with WebPT, Egnyte, and Athelas, and are available during Eastern Time clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Front desk or clinic administration experience in healthcare.
• Comfortable engaging with patients virtually on camera.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with EMR systems (WebPT) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients virtually via WelcomeWare kiosk and confirm appointments.
• Manage scheduling calendar and respond to patient inquiries via phone/email.
• Handle patient check-in, verify records, and discuss financial responsibilities.
• Upload/update patient files in EMR and obtain pre-authorizations for services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and coordinate with therapists and staff.
