Job summary
Real Time Technologies, LLC is seeking a Client Support TechnicianI to be the front line for dealers and customers, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and remote desktop support. You will learn our processes, train customers, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; A+ or Network+ preferred.
- Experience in a technical support or call center role is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls, email, and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
- Train customers in the use of our process, systems, and software.
- Actively listen to clients to understand issues and concerns.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and proprietary POS software; basic Windows/hardware troubleshooting.
- Support multiple service platforms; track detailed information on client issues and resolutions.
