You will address client questions via calls, chats, and emails, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain deep product knowledge to drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, training delivery when needed, and ongoing process improvements within a growing support organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client/customer service in IT services or related industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience with accounting software or finance-related tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt in a high-growth environment.
• Preference for prior Foundant Client Support experience and Zendesk knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Address clients’ software questions via phone, chat, and email, prioritizing SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Foundant products.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between internal and external teams.
• Maintain proactive, solution-oriented communication with clients at all levels.
• Provide internal and external training on Foundant software when directed.
• Contribute to process improvements within Client Support and across teams.
