Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited academic program.
• Diversity of backgrounds welcomed.
• Commitment of 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling.
• 9-month or longer service term, with potential extension.
• Coursework in relevant fields is assets.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication; gain real-world client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build confidence in communicating clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day client needs by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Apply technical curiosity to find thoughtful solutions using Foundant’s software.
• Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to deliver great service.
• Grow understanding of the philanthropic sector and technology’s role.
• Collaborate with a team of students and early-career professionals.
• Gain hands-on experience with Foundant’s full software suite.
