No prior insurance experience is required, and comprehensive training plus mentorship are provided to help you develop in customer service, communications, and leadership pathways.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, self-directed environment
• Willingness to learn and be mentored in licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients virtually through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Educate clients on available life, accident, and health insurance options
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate digital client records and manage follow-ups
