Job summary

Globe Life AO is recruiting Remote Client Support Associates for a 100% remote, independent contractor role in the United States. No prior insurance experience is required, with training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship provided.

You'll connect with clients who requested information about benefits, educate them on options, guide them through applications, and deliver ongoing support in a fully virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and comfortable talking with people and a strong communicator.
• Must be customer-focused, service-oriented, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Willing to complete required training and obtain state licensing guidance where applicable.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, call centers, banking, client relations, or sales may be helpful but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via scheduled Zoom and phone appointments and build relations.
• Explain life, accident, and health benefit options and guide applicants through enrollment.
• Provide ongoing client support and maintain digital client records.
• Handle inquiries, conduct policy reviews, and update beneficiary information when needed.
• Coordinate with clients remotely and follow up throughout the process.
