Job summary

700Credit is seeking a Client Success Onboarding Specialist to manage the implementation and training of our solutions for new and existing clients from Florida or Georgia. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored training, and ensure all activities run on time with high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong client communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills, and be comfortable traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client implementation for new and existing clients, following standards and project plans to ensure success.
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations during implementation to drive adoption and long-term success.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and post-implementation for designated clients.
• Compile compliance reports to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help clients maximize product value.
• Analyze and resolve client concerns to ensure effective outcomes.
• Assist in product launches and post-launch follow-up with clients and affiliates.
• Contribute to team success by supporting all Implementation team members.
• Record all client communications to maintain up-to-date records.
• Communicate new product features and updates to clients and demonstrate value.
• Provide consistently high levels of customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with the sales team.
