Job summary

Finalsite is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support Independent and Charter schools. You will lead financial operations, reconcile transactions, and guide clients through Finalsite’s CMS, EMS, and marketing tools.

You will own strategic relationships, expand portfolio adoption, and collaborate with Sales on upsell opportunities. Remote US-only role with strong emphasis on analytics, communication, and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, SaaS support, or School business/finance/marketing operations.
• Comfort with financial concepts: payment processing, reconciliation, and ledger entries.
• Familiarity with Independent/Charter school structures and governance.
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheets and data logs; ability to detect root causes.
• Willingness to learn Finalsite’s full software portfolio and drive growth across products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own school finance relationships with business managers, CFOs, bookkeepers, and leaders.
• Lead reconciliation and investigation of platform transactions against bank statements and ledgers.
• Produce and tailor reports for board reporting, month-end close, and audits.
• Bridge financial concepts to product/engineering teams and translate tickets into solutions.
• Manage portfolios of Independent and Charter accounts; monitor health and adoption across CMS/EMS/Marketing tools.
