Qualifications

• Secondary School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Bachelor Degree for the role
• Must be 18 years or older
• Read, write, speak English fluently
• Bilingual abilities may be required in some areas
• Valid driver’s license as required by local authorities
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
• FAA background checks for unescorted access (where applicable)
• Ability to obtain necessary airport security IDs (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients at the airport and ticket area
• Monitor the ticket counter for compliance with security policies
• Assist clients with self-service check-in and baggage handling
• Coordinate and maintain ticketing and terminal equipment
• Communicate with IT on system issues requiring adjustments
• Ensure client belongings comply with FAA/Airline policies
• Verify travel documents for international travelers using Timatic data
• Assist with baggage processing and transfer paperwork
• Line management at ticket counters based on flight times
• Assist customers with accessibility equipment and large items
• Direct clients to care specialists when appropriate
• Complete paperwork checks at service counters
• Assist with boarding and deplaning activities and terminal navigation
• Provide directions and access information to customers
• Handle paging and remember items when required
• Perform related duties as required by management
