Brynson is hiring a Product Manager / Product Lead to join our early product team in New York. You will translate strategic direction, customer feedback, and market signals into a clear understanding of the problem, the value of solving it, and the impact on customers and the business.

You’ll prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, bring working versions to leadership and customers, and own the detail from concept through to a defined product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping products customers rely on.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build prototypes, with examples of working prototypes you personally created.
• Familiarity with the technical workflow behind building and deploying a web prototype, including Git and hosting/deployment platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to specify acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Experience working directly with customers and owning delivery through launch.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to understand strategy and priorities.
• Build feedback loops with customers, Client Success, Sales, and internal teams.
• Synthesize feedback into clearly defined problems and opportunities.
• Turn ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted tools and validate with leadership.
• Own delivery from handoff through launch, ensuring alignment with requirements and impact.
• Define user workflows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering.
