TechnologyAdvice is hiring a Client Success Coordinator in the United States. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, drive campaigns from onboarding to delivery, and partner with Sales and Operations to achieve client goals.

This remote-forward role emphasizes data-driven insights, proactive problem-solving, and strong client communication. You’ll manage multiple programs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations while maintaining impeccable program

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in client success, account management, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Strong communicator with responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism with clients and teammates.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and changing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and resolves issues before escalation.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights to clients or stakeholders.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data organization and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on campaign setup, reporting, and deliverables.
• Curious and eager to learn B2B demand generation, Salesforce, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with clients through day-to-day communication and goal alignment.
• Manage multiple client portfolios and campaigns with timelines and deliverables.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting issues.
• Support client onboarding by setting expectations and timelines with stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear, impactful way.
• Own account health by monitoring goals and performance and resolving issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless program execution.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and surface cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Share ideas to improve products and processes for a smoother client experience.
