Job summary

Limitless Agency seeks a Client Success Coach to own client relationships from onboarding through program completion. You will coach CEOs of growing agencies, ensuring activation and retention targets are met while leveraging the Limitless Agency system for strategic guidance.

The role is fully remote, with a clear path for growth, and offers uncapped monthly commissions. Base pay ranges $55,000–$70,000 with an OTE of $127,000 annually for a 60-client book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, or coaching in a digital marketing/agency setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage up to 60 concurrent client relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client journey from welcome call through program completion and beyond.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and monitor progress.
• Coach clients through the Limitless Agency system and provide actionable guidance.
• Identify and address risks of disengagement early and re-engage when needed.
• Collaborate with the team on launches, campaigns and program updates.
