Job summary

Openkrill seeks a Client Success and Fulfilment Coordinator to manage post-sale delivery of creator marketing campaigns across NA. You will coordinate with clients, creators and internal teams, translating requirements into clear briefs and ensuring timelines and approvals are met.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in client success or similar roles, with strong English communication and experience with influencer marketing or digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account coordination, project coordination or similar roles.
• Experience with creators, influencer marketing or creative agencies preferred.
• Experience coordinating content production or campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate post-sale fulfilment from briefing to campaign completion.
• Lead client briefings with sales to gather information for delivery.
• Coordinate between clients, creators and internal teams across campaign stages.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creators.
• Liaise with creators on campaign requirements, timelines and scripts.
• Manage script approvals and feedback to creators and clients.
• Coordinate filming schedules and ensure SLAs are met.
• Track content submissions, approvals, edits and publishing schedules.
• Keep campaign trackers and systems up to date across active campaigns.
• Flag blockers and escalate when needed to keep campaigns moving.
