This role is remote in the US, with responsibilities spanning proposals, budgets, and commercial/BD support. Reporting to the Director of Account Management IRB & IBC within Sales and Business Development, you will serve as the primary commercial contact for proposals, SOWs, and budget reconciliation, driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; industry-related degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in account management, client services, inside sales, or BD support in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience with proposal generation, SOW drafting, budget prep, CO/PO management.
• Ability to triage high volumes of inbound leads; Salesforce proficiency; IRB/IBC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and route inbound IRB/IBC leads; ensure Salesforce capture and progression.
• Provide full-cycle servicing of small-studies: SOWs, invoicing, onboarding, account execution.
• Prepare proposals and budgets aligned to pricing standards.
• Manage Change Orders and Purchase Orders across accounts.
• Support invoicing, billing, and annual fee management with BD and Finance.
• Assist with contract renewals, pricing discussions with legal/finance.
