NBH Bank is seeking a Client Services & Solutions Specialist to support our call center and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will handle client questions, complaints, and banking inquiries while applying strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify needs and protect against fraud.

In this role, you will work across multiple channels, adhere to bank policies, and use digital banking tools to assist customers.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant bank call center experience.
• Fraud protection experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries across channels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Participate in fraud prevention and reporting using established procedures.
• Provide Online Banking and Bill Payment support.
