Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner for a remote-first sales role. You will manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound activity, close new business, and expand recurring accounts while maintaining rigorous follow-up and data accuracy in Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.

You will own a mini-book of high-value clients, hit revenue targets, and act with urgency and precision, collaborating with a fast-paced team dedicated to speed, reliability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years in sales, account management or hybrid revenue roles with targets met or exceeded.
• Ability to grow a book of business, with repeat bookings and retention.
• Experience balancing inbound and outbound prospecting in multi-contact organisations.
• Strong communication, objection handling and closing skills across customer types.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, activity, and account growth.
• Manage high inbound volume while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using marketplace data to minimize friction in booking.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns and follow-up for speed and velocity.
• Build rapport and trust; close decisively with confident communication.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and converting one-time bookings.
• Ensure data accuracy in quoting and CRM documentation across systems.
