Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with enrollments, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Deliver a positive, professional client experience from start to finish
• Support, coach, and encourage newer team members
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and integrity
• Foster collaboration and a positive team culture within a virtual environment
• Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and development programs
• Utilize technology to improve communication, organization, and workflow efficiency
• Continue developing leadership, communication, and management skills through ongoing mentorship
