Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. in Renton, WA is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Employer Services team, developing staff, managing client relationships, and applying policies for Navia’s benefits offerings.

You will guide trainings, oversee QA, audit plans, and collaborate with senior management on complex issues. Hybrid work with optional remote days, and nationwide employer and employee support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience or more.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Flexible Spending Arrangements, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, COBRA, HSA, wellness benefits, and commuter plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Employer Services team and staff development.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Recommend policies and procedures for Navia’s benefit offerings.
• Lead audits, QA, and process improvements within established workflows.
• Address issues and present major impacts to senior management.
