Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Client Service Specialist I for a 100% remote role with CST or EST working hours. You will support our PEO team by processing policy requests and serving as the SME on client policies.

Ideal candidates bring strong data management and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and a college degree or equivalent. The role offers a competitive benefits package and requires willingness to obtain a property & casualty license within 90 days where applicable.

What the day will look like

Job Responsibilities:

• Process certificate/ policy requests
• Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
• Data management
• Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Interpreting client requirements documents
• Data management experience

• Skilled with data management. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems

• Data Entry experience
• Property and casualty license preferred, or required within 90 days of hire

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate well with clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful

Education:

• College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $46,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
