GFI Team Ikigai is seeking a Client Services Representative for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will educate and support communities in achieving financial literacy using our in-house training resources.

No prior financial experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates possess leadership qualities, integrity, and a strong work ethic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for growth.

• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. Citizen
• Must pass a background check
• No prior financial experience required; all training provided

Responsibilities

• Educate and support communities in achieving financial literacy using online tools and our training program
• Serve customers remotely and handle inquiries with a customer-centric approach
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing client support as part of a collaborative team
