Job summary

GFI Ikigai is seeking a part‑time Client Success Representative to impact clients' financial lives through outreach, planning, and ongoing service. You’ll work remotely with online tools and training, serving as the primary client contact and driving satisfaction.

You’ll develop financial insights, pursue upsell opportunities, and help clients with budgeting, investments, retirement planning, and more, all while adhering to a flexible schedule and supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens aged 18 or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to nurture client relationships.
• Ability to obtain Life Producer license within the first two weeks.
• Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare insightful summaries.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for clients in a part‑time role and be their trusted contact.
• Interact with clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Share enthusiasm for financial knowledge across business, investment, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
• Assist clients by crafting and managing personalized financial plans to meet budgeting, debt reduction, investment and retirement goals.
• Boost account value through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• No Cold Calling or Door Knocking.
