Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Understand client needs and explain available benefit options.
• Guide individuals through the application and onboarding process.
• Provide clear answers to client questions and offer ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to improve service delivery.
