Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy.
• Process trade orders from financial advisors.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and other custodial tasks.
• Manage notes, activities, workflows and reports in our CRM.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding scheduling, paperwork and follow up tasks.
• Assist with billing and process improvements.
