You’ll respond to client requests, process account tasks, and help with client deliverables and billing, all from a home workspace across Eastern and Central time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of financial services experience and remote working experience.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy.
• Process trade orders from financial advisors.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork and custodial tasks.
• Manage notes, activities, workflows and reports in the CRM.
• Manage and execute client deliverables after advisor meetings and follow up with clients.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding scheduling and paperwork.
• Assist with process improvement over time.
• Solve issues to provide excellent client service.
• Assist with client billing.
