Job summary

Leading Financial Advisory Firm in Tampa, FL seeks a permanently remote Client Service Associate for a full-time role. You will support clients, process orders and account openings, and coordinate with advisors while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal micromanagement.
• Willingness to learn new technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy.
• Process trade orders from financial advisors.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, and custodial tasks.
• Manage notes, activities, workflows and reports in the CRM.
• Manage and execute client deliverables after meetings and follow up with clients.
