Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Client Reporting team to deliver customized reporting and analytics for large DC clients. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and tell compelling stories to business leaders.

You will partner across business units, leverage Alteryx, SQL, and Snowflake to identify trends, support incident remediation, and help migrate reporting workflows from WIDE to EDL, driving modernization and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution products, services, and processes.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL, and Snowflake to analyze data and generate insights.
• Ability to create executive-level narratives and presentations.
• Proven collaboration with CSAs/CSMs to deliver customized reporting.
• Experience supporting workflow modernization, including WIDE to EDL migrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized reporting and analytics for large DC clients.
• Partner with business teams and serve as data consultant.
• Support remediation of incidents affecting Workplace Investing clients.
