Job summary

RES Consultant Group is seeking a Remote Client Relationship Manager/Senior Accountant to join a growing CPA firm focused on dental industry. You will own a book of 30 to 40 clients, handling accounting, advisory, tax prep, and bookkeeping in a fully remote capacity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CPA firm experience, CPA certification preferred, and expert QuickBooks Online skills with UltraTax experience a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA is preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online; UltraTax experience a plus.
• Strong hands-on tax planning and preparation skills.
• Remote, client-facing role with healthcare and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated book of clients via email, Zoom, and phone.
• Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights.
• Oversee G/L activity, financial statement prep, and heavy reconciliations.
• Prepare tax returns and provide clean financials to the tax department.
• Review transactional work and ensure monthly accounting activities stay on schedule.
