Res Consultant Group / Recruiting Edge Staffing is seeking a Remote Client Relationship Manager / Senior Accountant for a growing CPA firm serving dental clients. This role combines accounting, advisory services, tax preparation, and bookkeeping with a strong emphasis on client relationships in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a CPA environment, expertise in QuickBooks Online (UltraTax a plus), and is comfortable working independently with healthcare/dental clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience within a CPA firm.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online at expert level.
• Experience with UltraTax.

Responsibilities

• Client Ownership: Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated book of clients via email, Zoom, and phone.
• Advisory & Analysis: Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
• Accounting & Review: Oversee G/L activity, financial statement preparation, and heavy account reconciliations to ensure technical accuracy.
• Tax Integration: Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns and providing clean financials to the tax department.
• Workflow Management: Review monthly accounting activities to ensure schedules are met.
