Qualifications

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm is mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
• Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated book of clients.
• Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements.
• Oversee G/L activity and financial statement preparation.
• Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns.
• Review transactional work and ensure monthly accounting activities stay on schedule.
