Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a Client Relationship Analyst to capture servicing requirements, prepare investor presentations, and perform analyses. You will support loan servicing transfers, change management, and process improvements while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service, maintain data integrity, and contribute to reducing risk exposure in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or client services within mortgage servicing or related industry preferred.
• Intermediate analytical and Excel experience.
• Project Management skills preferred.
• Mortgage servicing experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Capture and document client servicing requirements and create investor presentations.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and assist in loan servicing transfers and change management.
• Coordinate with management and internal departments to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements.
• Analyze portfolio performance and opportunities for improved service delivery.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while supporting risk management.
