You will conduct virtual consultations, guide clients through enrollment, and develop relationships while receiving structured onboarding and ongoing support. This position offers flexible scheduling and growth potential within a supportive, people-first

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
• Obtain Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities.
• Complete required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at candidate’s expense.
• Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
