Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Client Reimbursement Advocate - PreService to join the team. This role works directly with providers to manage disputes, negotiate single case agreements, and ensure fair access to care for members.

You will advocate for members, maintain documentation of all communications, and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve access to care issues, while upholding quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, health insurance, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills.
• Experience with negotiations preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 medical claim forms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized service across channels as a single point of contact and own member resolution.
• Coordinate elevated member issue resolution with a sense of urgency.
• Contact providers to negotiate single case agreements; monitor and manage assignment queue.
• Document all communications and explain pricing metrics to providers when needed.
• Assist members in identifying alternative provider options when needed.
• Build trusted relationships with clients; escalate conflicts when necessary; negotiate settlements with providers.
