Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Member Services Advocate to join the team. The Advocate provides specialized case management, advocacy, and education to members while guiding them through the balance bill defense process and coordinating with our client services, legal team, and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution and ensure a positive member experience.

The 100% remote role focuses on high-touch support, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare or legal environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned member caseload via high-touch advocacy model with a focus on elevating the member experience and promoting engagement.
• Apply independent critical thinking to assist members with balance bill issues and inquiries with a focus on influencing a positive member experience.
• Coordinate and resolve elevated internal and external member issues; act as point person for inquiries and ensure timely remediation.
• Facilitate and coordinate communication with members, clients, medical providers, and internal/external legal representation.
• Establish and build strong rapport with members and internal counterparts.
• Track status and resolution of member inquiries and issues.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up diaries through all stages of the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address service issues and process improvements.
• Apply strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
