Mercer is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead HR Digital Transformation programs, overseeing a portfolio of Workday and other HR technologies. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on governance and global team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years in program management/consulting or client-facing roles with global teams; 7+ years in HR digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead PM teams in hybrid/remote environments and drive high performance
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience engaging C-suite executives
• Strong strategic/analytical mindset with HR data analytics and digital process optimization
• Deep expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, PMP)
• Advanced proficiency with Office365, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheets, Asana; Workday experience; knowledge of AI/RPA
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology implementations and long-term partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs ensuring alignment with client goals
• Serve as Executive Sponsor and provide strategic guidance to C-suite stakeholders
• Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers in a hybrid or remote setting
• Establish governance, KPIs, and digital workflows for HR tech solutions
• Build trusted relationships with senior HR leaders translating technical objectives into value
• Drive innovation in HR tech like AI, RPA, and cloud integrations
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
