Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, technology or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for data and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and clients.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI in HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Interest in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, HR process design, or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on HR transformation, including HR process improvement, service delivery, operating model design, and people program effectiveness.
• Dive into latest HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital platforms, to modernize HR operations.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to assess HR challenges and develop recommendations that enhance employee experience and drive business success.
• Thrive in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Conduct research and analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement across talent management, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and HR transformation priorities.
• Support the development of compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations that translate analysis into actionable HR solutions.
• Participate in team problem-solving sessions to shape practical and innovative solutions for client challenges.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and other project activities to identify HR process improvement opportunities.
