Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a remote, full‑time Client Onboarding & Success Specialist to lead end‑to‑end onboarding, implement workflows, and drive ongoing client adoption. You will coordinate training, documentation, and process improvements across cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in client success or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with training and system configuration. Collaborative, proactive problem solving is essential for success in our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, implementation, system onboarding, or client‑facing technical roles.
• Experience configuring systems, delivering training, and supporting workflow development.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience creating process documentation, guides, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from kickoff through go‑live, including workflow configuration and deliverable management.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver customized administrator and end‑user training and maintain training resources.
• Develop onboarding workflows, guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor team members on processes and client engagement best practices.
• Monitor client usage and re‑engage low‑usage customers for adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for ongoing client questions and relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field
