Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Project Lead, Client Onboarding to manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare clients into our coding and billing services. You will gather setup data, lead client and internal meetings, and coordinate with vendor partners to ensure a smooth transition to the Client Success and Service Delivery teams post go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects end-to-end for multiple healthcare clients.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Escalate issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and guide onboarding progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate setup of coding, billing, and reporting services.
• Provide onboarding status updates to stakeholders.
