Job summary

TalentHop is seeking an Intake Specialist I to manage initial client contacts, gather accurate information, and support seamless transitions from intake to case management. You will build trust with potential clients, respond promptly to questions, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve the client experience.

This remote US role offers $21/hr with bi-weekly bonuses, three weeks PTO, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits, plus 401(k) and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Reliable and organized with attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record pertinent information from potential clients.
• Encourage clients to sign legal agreements when criteria are met.
• Assist clients with electronic execution of agreements.
• Respond to client questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Escalate calls involving legal questions or unresolved objections.
• Ensure completion, signing, and filing of attorney intake documents.
• Gather additional client documentation as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff for smooth client transitions.
