In this role, you will be the first contact for families, guiding them through the process and ensuring they feel supported from the start. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, have at least 2 years in sales or customer service, and be self-motivated to excel in a remote environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead management, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, build trust quickly, and understand client needs.
• Secure signed service agreements, schedule home assessments, and ensure a smooth start to care.
• Document every interaction in our CRM, share insights on lead quality, and meet or exceed conversion goals.

Skills
